Terms of Service
Effective September 30, 2026
These terms apply to Farm Cropper (mobile app and web portal), the "Service," provided by Marc Robitaille, doing business as MS Crops ("we," "us"). By using or buying the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Farm Cropper provides field-recording, dispatch, and communication tools for agricultural operations. An account is created for a farm owner, who may add operator seats for their team, up to the number of seats in their plan.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles payment, billing and sales tax, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Current prices are listed on our pricing page, in US dollars; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Subscriptions
New Farm Cropper accounts start with a free trial of 3 months. Nothing is charged during the trial; if you have chosen a plan, the first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance, that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed after that. Adding seats changes the price from the next billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — GPS accuracy, connectivity, and field conditions are outside our control.
Data loss
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of recorded tracks, messages, photos, voice notes, or any other content, however caused — including device failure, connectivity loss, account or seat removal, or service interruption. You're responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you consider critical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you (or your organization) paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for how members of your organization use the Service under your account.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
